Kate Wheller is Chief Executive Officer of Community Information and Support Victoria (CISVic), with over 25 years’ experience in the not-for-profit and community services sector.

She is recognised for strategic leadership, strong governance, and a deep commitment to equity and social justice. Kate has led complex reforms, multi-million-dollar partnerships, and cross-sector consortia to improve outcomes for vulnerable communities. She holds social welfare and management qualifications, and is currently undertaking an MBA at the University of Melbourne.
