Our policy and research work is grounded in the real experiences of communities across Victoria.

Through our member organisations, we see how people are impacted by issues such as the cost of living, housing insecurity, and access to essential services. We use these insights, alongside data and evidence, to inform our advocacy and contribute to policy and system reform.

By working with government, partners, and the sector, we aim to influence fairer, more effective systems that improve access to support and deliver better outcomes for people and communities.
