Our Strategic Plan
The CISVic Board, in consultation with staff and member agencies, develops a strategic plan which responds to the needs of our membership, the communities they work with and the social, economic and political environment.
Our new plan reflects the evolution of our organisation and role as a peak body. Our member agencies are central to everything we do.
The Strategic Plan informs our operational activities, and the Board monitor the implementation closely.
